Matt Nelson is a senior leader of Circuit Riders and the Operations Director of The Send. He is known for his expertise as a systematic developer of leaders, with a background as an award-winning military chaplain. A sought-after mentor, Matt has helped shape young leaders and global movements worldwide. He will coach us on creating clear leadership development pipelines that foster both activation and growth in knowledge.

Nick Brennt is a senior leader of Circuit Riders and the media and strategy director of The Send. With experience in global grassroots movements, he has helped shape some of the most influential missional campaigns of this generation. Specializing in leadership development and media, He will help coach us to refine our vision and implement effective, actionable plans, empowering ministries to grow into impactful missional movements.

Lindy is a worship leader & songwriter known for connecting audiences to the heart of Jesus and the Great Commission. She mentors leaders globally on songwriting, helping them create songs that reflect God’s work in their communities. Lindy will coach us on cultivating a participatory worship atmosphere and guide pastors and worship leaders in writing songs that express the unique DNA of their churches.

Under Mark’s leadership, Oceans Church has become a catalyst for community transformation, notably organizing the “Baptize California” initiative, which united over 300 churches to baptize more than 12,000 individuals across the state in a single day. His innovative approach to church activation emphasizes unity, discipleship, and bold faith, making him a sought-after voice on mobilizing congregations for impactful service.

Darren is the Lead Pastor of Garden Church in Long Beach, CA. Their vision was to build a church not just for the city, but with the city, serving diverse communities and fostering unity among local churches, nonprofits, and business leaders. His approach to church activation focuses on empowering individuals to live out their God-given purpose, making him a compelling voice on mobilizing people for kingdom impactful.

Chase Cofer, co-leader of Circuit Rider Music and Greenhouse Prayer, has developed a regional prayer room serving the youth of Southern California. Building on this model, he now trains students and churches worldwide to lead vibrant prayer meetings and worship movements on their campuses and in their communities. Chase will coach us on how to unleash powerful prayer and worship movements that pave the way for collective gospel action.

Taylor Stutts is the Director of Mobilization and Collaboration, with extensive experience in missions, developing training programs from the ground up, and building networks for action. He will coach us on implementing dynamic mobilization strategies that foster city-wide unity.
